Where is my order confirmation?
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order. If you have yet to receive the email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If the email is not in the spam folder then your order did not go through or you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Why was I charged more than once?
Generally, what is visible on your bank account is an authorization (to verify sufficient funds and account authenticity). Depending on who you bank with, pending authorizations usually will clear within 3-7 business days. If you have any concerns, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
Please be sure to click only once on the “Place Order” button to avoid multiple authorizations.
Why doesn’t my discount and/or credit code work?
Be sure the code is entered correctly and is applied before the order is placed. Promotional codes do expire so make sure to look at the terms and conditions to make sure the code is still valid. If you have been given a unique code from us, be aware that it is only valid for one use and cannot be combined with another promotion or be applied to shipping costs. Unique codes that are given directly through us do not expire. All codes/discounts cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.
An item I want is sold out? Will you get more?
All our pieces are released in limited quantities, never to be sold again once it is sold out. Make sure to watch for our next releases!

Cancellations are not allowed in our online store.

When will my order ship?
Please allow us up to 5 business days for order processing and verification. Most orders are shipped out within 48 business hours.
